Northcote psychology is a psychology clinic located at 678 High Street Thornbury. Our psychologists see clients with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, trauma, porn addiction, issues related to self-worth, eating disorders, panic disorder, and struggles with identity. We are registered providers with Medicare and Workcover. We provide individual and group therapy.

Do you currently have availability for clients?
Yes.
When are you open?
We see clients Monday through Friday, with some after hours availability.
Can I receive a Medicare rebate for my session?
Yes, as psychologists our clients are able to receive Medicare rebates for sessions, provided they have a valid mental healthcare plan
Are there any other funding options for clients?
Yes, workcover, NDIS and private insurance can also potentially cover the cost of therapy
Do you offer reduced fees?
Yes, if you are unemployed, or in financial difficulty we can offer reduced fees. Please reach out to discuss.
What Ages do you see for Therapy?
We work mainly with adults, but also work with adolescents 14 and over.
How long will therapy last?
Before meeting with you it’s hard to say. Some clients find six sessions is enough, other clients decide they require more than 20 sessions in total.

Yes.
Where is Your Practice Located?
We are located at 678 High Street Thornbury. The clinic is an eight-minute walk from Thornbury Station and there is ample parking on Raleigh Street next to the clinic.
